1. Agreement Acceptance

1.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Nexus VPN (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Service Provider").

1.2 By downloading, installing, accessing or using the Nexus VPN application (hereinafter referred to as the "App") and its related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1.3 If you do not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, please stop using this App immediately.

2. Service Description

2.1 Nexus VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services to help users protect network privacy and security through encryption technology.

2.2 This App adopts a no-account login mode, and users can use basic functions without creating an account.

2.3 Advanced features need to be unlocked through subscription, and subscription services are provided through the official app store.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 We strictly adhere to a no-logging policy:

Do not log users' IP addresses

Do not log users' network activities

Do not log users' connection timestamps

Do not log users' bandwidth usage

3.2 We only collect the following necessary information:

Device type and operating system version (for technical support)

App usage statistics (for service improvement)

Server load information (for optimizing network performance)

4. Subscription Service

4.1 Subscription Options:

Weekly Subscription (Auto-Renewal)

Monthly Subscription (Auto-Renewal)

Yearly Subscription (Auto-Renewal)

4.2 Subscription Management:

All subscriptions are processed through the official app store (Google Play/App Store)

Users must manage subscriptions and cancel auto-renewal through the app store

We cannot process subscription refund requests directly

4.3 Free Trial:

A limited free trial period may be offered

After the trial period, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription (unless the user cancels)

Cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid charges

5. Usage Limitations

5.1 Users may not use the Service to engage in the following activities:

Any illegal activity or promotion of illegal behavior

Violation of others' intellectual property rights

Spreading malware or conducting cyber attacks

Sending spam or phishing

Interfering with or disrupting the service infrastructure

5.2 We reserve the right to terminate the service of offending users without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty.

6.2 We do not guarantee that:

The Service will operate uninterrupted or error-free

The Service will meet all user needs

The Service will bypass all geographical restrictions

Complete anonymity in using the Service

6.3 Users assume all risks of using the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 In no event shall we be liable for:

Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages

Loss of data or business interruption

Unauthorized third party access to user's device

Any loss caused by the use or inability to use the Service

7.2 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the most recent subscription.

8. Service Changes and Termination

8.1 We reserve the right to:

Modify or terminate the Service (or part of the Service) at any time

Update or modify this Agreement

Limit or refuse to provide services to specific users

8.2 Major changes will be notified to users through in-app notifications or website announcements.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 This application and all its contents (including but not limited to software, interfaces, trademarks) are our exclusive property.

9.2 Without express written permission, users may not:

Copy, modify or create derivative works

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Remove any copyright notices

10. Third-party services

10.1 This application may contain third-party links or services, and we are not responsible for these contents.

10.2 Payment processing is completed by the App Store, and we do not have access to the user's complete payment information.

11. Other Terms

11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all previous agreements.

11.2 If we do not enforce any provision of this Agreement, it does not constitute a waiver of such provision.

11.3 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, it will not affect the validity of other provisions.
